About Patrice C. Moore

Patrice Moore, BSN, MSN, RN, ARNP, brings to her role as President and Founder of The Watershed Group, a unique perspective gained from her 25 years of experience in the hospice industry. She has built a nationwide strategic consulting/organizational design company based on hospice concepts of care, including compassion, wholeness, dignity, respect and empowerment. For more than a decade, she has helped organizations manage change into positive growth and financial stability. These outstanding results are a reflection of the quality and commitment she brings to every client interaction. In the course of serving organizations nationally, The Watershed Group (TWG) has tailored its services to the specific needs of each client, bringing together a unique blend of consulting, executive talent management and acquisition, and executive coaching services to help organizations and individuals achieve financial and strategic success.

Her affiliation with PI Associates and PI Worldwidepi® , an international talent management company assisting organizations in uncovering data-driven insights to create and sustain a high performance culture, uniquely qualifies her to help organizations realize their full potential—even in periods of change and transition.

Patti has nationally recognized expertise in:

  • Inspired leadership and team development
  • Helping organizations “live” their mission
  • Executive talent acquisition
  • Hospice and end-of-life care

Prior to founding The Watershed Group, Patrice was the Executive Director of Hospice of North Central Florida (now know as Haven Hospice) for 16 years, leading the organization to a position of national prominence; from three employees to 200, from a small single room office to multiple satellite offices, in an area across 7,500+ square miles (the size of the state of Massachusetts), and a Hospice House Care Center exclusively serving terminally ill patients and their loved ones. She began her career in the nursing profession, where her commitment to service and compassionate leadership first took root. Now she serves organizations of all types with compassion and delight, helping them to achieve success and exceed their expectations.

Patrice is co-author of the book How Goes It With Your Soul, published in 2001.
