Executive Coaching

Leadership changes—whether that means appointing new leaders or changing existing leaders’ roles—these are watershed moments for organizations and the leaders themselves. During these phases leaders may benefit from an experienced coach to walk with them through the uncertain times or into new adventures. Patrice’s role is to assist the client in formulating and developing approaches to assure success for new initiatives and/or strategic realignment.

A member of the International Coaching Federation, Patrice Moore uses a time-tested, non-threatening, supportive and effective approach to help leaders identify, understand and overcome the issues they face through a transition. We help leaders:

  • Identify and prioritize issues for improvement
  • Develop effective management strategies and tactics
  • Refine interpersonal and communications skills
  • Assess success
  • Improve public presentation and image
  • Improve areas identified by management and/or boards as needing improvement

We pride ourselves on listening closely to each individual’s story, helping them to identify and effectively confront issues, while focusing on their own unique gifts. Above all, we honor each person’s individual style. The plan we create together is both customized and fluid, helping each manager achieve success, ultimately leading to improved organizational strategy, culture and bottom line.

“One-on-one coaching is the area of my business I enjoy most. I love being able to uplift, encourage and support people, so they can give their very best to their organizations,” says Patrice.
“Patti is just fabulous; I can’t say enough good things about her. In fact, I still always call her when I have an issue to solve.”
