With 25 years of health care and hospice leadership experience, Patti has taken the hospice concepts of care including wholeness, dignity, respect and empowerment and applied them to her coaching practice. A nationally recognized consultant and coach Patti works with executives, leaders and entrepreneurs who want to align their vision and mission to achieve meaningful results in their business and personal life.

Her coaching philosophy developed while working in hospice where the staff and volunteers are the invisible support and encouragement to patients and families facing life altering situations. Helping patients live life fully until their death and helping families feel confident and proud of the care they provided to their loved ones formed her foundation for coaching.

Patti believes coaching is about empowering and supporting people to take charge of their lives and careers to achieve meaningful results. When a client says “I’m proud of what I have accomplished and of the person I have become” Patti knows she has done her job.

A member of the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Core Essentials Program at Coach Inc, Patti works closely with each client to identify their coaching needs and preferred method of delivery. Whether it is telephonic or personal onsite coaching, the best plan for each client will be arranged. The Coaching Packages below are most frequently selected to meet her client’s needs.

Executive Coaching Package includes:

• Two 30 minute calls per month
• up to 3 emails per month

Premier Coaching Package includes:

• Two 60 minute calls per month
• up to 6 emails per month

Ultimate Coaching Package includes:

• Three 60 minute calls per month
• unlimited emails per month
