Armed with more than 25 years of life experiences and organizational accomplishments, Patrice (Patti) Moore founded The Watershed Group in 1999 to help organizations and people who were at a watershed or “turning point” in their business and their lives.

Since a watershed is “a reservoir releasing a substance of nourishment in abundance to whatever the need,” the name, The Watershed Group, seemed the perfect term to express Patti’s goals for the new firm.

Businesses, hospices and healthcare agencies have benefitted from Patti’s consulting and leadership. She has taught, inspired, recharged and counseled people and organizations whose “creek beds have become dry.” Patti has helped many “turn the corner” to balance, prosperity and success.
